WHY ARE WE LAUNCHING A NEW APP?
We’ll have better technology and better service. Our new app will help us better serve and communicate with you, our best guests! Whether through curbside or delivery or better promotions that give you more rewards, this app will keep you engaged and up to date on things Kyle's Kitchen.
DO I HAVE TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT?
No, you will use the same email you registered for Kyle's Loyalty Program but you will need to "reset your password" to complete the app signup.
WILL ALL MY POINTS FROM THE OLD PROGRAM TRANSFER OVER?
Yes, all your points earned in the last 12 months will transfer over to the new platform.
WHAT'S CHANGING ABOUT THE REWARDS PROGRAM?
We now have a tiered program where guests can earn more points the more often they order! Plus, we have included birthday rewards and more! Please see the chart above for full details on the new EXPANDED loyalty program! We hope you're as excited about it as we are!!
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You earn points anytime you use this app to order Kyle's! If you order ahead for pick-up, choose curbside or select delivery, you’ll earn loyalty points and they will automatically be applied to your account! When purchasing in-store, you’ll simply scan the app’s QR code before paymnent. Forgot your phone? No worries…simply give us your mobile phone number and we’ll get you your rewards points.
DO I HAVE TO USE MY POINTS?
If you earned rewards from the old loyalty program but never used them, they will be transferred over to the new app for you to use, and will automatically be applied to any app orders you place until they have been redeemed. You may choose to hold off on redeeming your points when you place your order in-store.
